A rising water bill with no visible cause, a warm spot on the floor, or the sound of running water when everything is off usually means a pressurized line is leaking somewhere you cannot see.
Find first, open second
Acoustic listening equipment and thermal imaging locate the leak to within inches before anything is cut. Exploratory demolition is the expensive way to find a leak and we treat it as a last resort.
Repair or reroute
A single slab leak in otherwise sound copper is worth spot-repairing. A second leak in the same run usually means the pipe is failing along its length, and rerouting overhead costs less than repairing it repeatedly.
